Dear User of RTS Planeta,
In order to better understand the process of collecting your personal data, their processing and using cookies
within the RTS Planeta application (hereinafter: RTS Planeta) and aplication RTS Zvuk which is a part of an
OTT platform RTS Planeta, you can read the Privacy Statement below.
Please carefully read and accept the Statement to continue using the RTS Planeta application. If you
disagree or revoke your consent later, we will delete your personal data, but you will no longer be able to use
the RTS Planeta application where registration is required.
1. General information
The Privacy Statement for the RTS Planeta Service is applicable from May 25, 2018. ThePrivacy Statement
refers to the collection and processing of your personal data and the use of cookies within the RTS Planeta
application. By registering for the use of RTS Planeta Services, you agree with the method of collecting and
processing the data described in this Statement, as well as with keeping and accessing cookies on your
device. This Statement describes which information we collect, how we process them, and purposes we use
them for, as well as your rights in relation to your data.
2. Collecting and processing the data
By entering personal data (name and surname and e-mail address) in the fields provided for registration or
registration via Facebook, you grant permission to process these data and use them for the purpose
described in this Statement.
For the purpose of using the user’s login data (login components) with their Google account,
the RTS Planeta and RTS Zvuk applications use user’s personal data (email, profile info and openid).
For the purpose of using the user’s login data (login components) with their Facebook account,
the RTS Planeta and RTS Zvuk applications use user’s personal data (email and profile info).
RTS treats the data obtained from Facebook and Google in the same way as the data used by users to register
an account through the standard registration form.
RTS collects additional information about the device by which you access the service using the RTS Planeta
application. The data we collect are: your IP address, information about Internet access provider, the type of
device you are using for access, the type and version of the web browser, the operating system, the screen
resolution, and session information.
The collected data are processed in order to provide better quality services, better customer support, easier
submission by eliminating the need for frequent enter of the same data, targeted offerings and promotion of
program content as well as advertising.
RTS does not in any way provide information about the users of RTS Planeta Services to third parties. With
the obligation to retain confidentiality, RTS may allow reliable partners with a contractual obligation to keep
the confidentiality the access to the necessary personal data in order to ensure the functionality of the
platform for providing the service and customer support.
Any such third party is prohibited from further processing of your personal data.
Previously collected data (gender, date of birth, address, telephone) that are not needed for the specified
purpose of processing shall be deleted.
3. Security of your personal data
Data on servers is stored in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or
disclosure. In communication between the devices, the data are encrypted to bring a higher level of security
and privacy to the service. We protect the data in several security layers, including the leading HTTPS
encryption technology.
4. The use of cookies
The RTS Planeta application uses so-called cookies - a set of data generated by a server and which the web
browser stores on the user's disk in the form of a small text file. Files are created when a web browser
downloads the visited network destination on the user's device, which then sends the data to the web
browser and creates a text file (cookie).
Cookies are used for a better user experience with the full functionality of the application being used, and
they may be temporary (stored only during site visits) or permanent (remain on the user's computer after the
visit).
RTS uses third-party cookies for:
- Obtaining statistical data on visits and use of our application. The data collected include the user's IP
address, the web browser and the operating system information as well as other standard data collected and
analyzed exclusively in an anonymous and mass form. The RTS application uses Google Analytics statistics,

5. Declining cookies
If you do not agree with their use, you can easily delete (or decline) cookies from your computer or mobile
device using the web browser settings you use. For more information on managing your cookies, visit the
web browser pages you use, or visit: http://www.allaboutcookies.org/
Since the purpose of the cookies is to improve and enable the use of our application as well as the websites
and their processes, remember that by declining or deleting cookies, you can disable the functioning of some
tools or cause them to work and appear differently in your web browser.
6. Storing period
We delete your personal data on your request to delete your user account, and at the latest after the
expiration of all legal obligations related to the storing of personal data. When deleting, a part of the data
becomes anonymous, permanently removing all connections with a particular person.
Deletion of user’s personal data obtained with social logins from Facebook and Google is done by deleting
user’s account from the RTS Planeta and RTS Zvuk applications, and at the latest after the expiration of
all legal obligations related to the storing of this personal data.
7. User's rights
At the same time, we inform you that you have the right to access all of your given personal data, the right to
their correction, and the right to revoke previously given consent.
If you revoke given consents, we will delete your personal data, but you will no longer be able to use the RTS
Planeta application where registration is required. You can delete personal data in user settings within the
RTS Planeta application.
If you wish to give your consent again, you can do this by re-registering.
8. Terms and changes
The terms of this Privacy Statement govern the use of cookies and all data collected during the Statement
application period, except for the third-party cookies. RTS reserves the right to change this Statement and
the rules on cookies at any time.
9. Purchase and data protection
On behalf of RTS Planeta, we pledge to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary,
basic customer/user data and information necessary for doing business and informing users in accordance
with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the choice, including
the ability to decide whether they want or do not want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing
campaigns. All user/customer data are strictly stored and available only to employees who need them for
doing business. All employees of RTS Planeta (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the
principles of privacy protection.
When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted through a public network in
a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the current state of the art
cryptographic technology. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the processor of
payment cards, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire collection process is carried out on the bank's pages.
Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
